In search of the purpose of his existence, the Vision travels to New Jersey to visit Dr. Miles Lipton, one of the leading artificial intelligence researchers in the country. In addition to his research activities, Dr. Lipton has also been trying to bring the suspected killers of his son, Alex Lipton, to justice. These two elements of the story overlap and lead to the Vision gaining the brain patters of the deceased Alex Lipton, and also fighting Roxxon henchmen to save the life of Dr. Lipton!
