Grunge and Freefall have been rescued from I.O. by the rebels and are reunited with Rainmaker and Burnout from 30 years in the future; Fairchild has been left behind and Lynch shows her his answer to the Drahn alien question--an enzyme that will dissolve the Drahn on a cellular level but will kill all humans as well; The rebels arrive to rescue Fairchild just as the Drahn begin their final assault on earth.
