The rogue scientist Zorndyke caused the flooding, which killed countless individuals, and most of humanity's remaining cities have been attacked or destroyed by Zorndyke's army of half-animal "hybrids". Complete set of six discs, volume 1 & 5 are still sealed.
The series follows Koichi, a Japanese schoolboy, who learns that he is the reincarnation of the alien entity, Babel. The boy hero commands his newfound powers and companions in order to defend the Earth.

"Count D" is the mysterious caretaker of a pet shop in Los Angeles Chinatown. Each of D's rare pets, which all have strangely humanoid appearances, comes with a contract with three major points. These points differ for each animal sold (although each animal's contract includes not showing it to anyone), and breaking this contract usually results in dire (and sometimes disturbing) consequences for the buyer, for which the pet shop claims no liability.

Getter Robo: Getter 2 Box [LSTD01289]
Country
Japan
Released
21/06/1996
A classic Humongous Mecha manga, created in 1974 by manga author Ken Ishikawa, who had previously collaborated with Go Nagai in the production of his smash-hit series Mazinger Z. Where Mazinger pioneered the concept of a Humongous Mecha piloted by a human, Getter Robo effectively created the Combining Mecha with its title machine, which required its three pilots to work in harmony in order to function at its best. Its three component jets can quickly separate and recombine mid-combat, producing different specialised forms depending on which pilot takes the lead of the formation - the red Getter-1 (a well-balanced machine with Flight, an axe weapon and energy attacks), the white Getter-2 (a sleek form with amazing speed and a large drill used for both tunnelling and piercing armour), or the yellow Getter-3 (a heavily-armored Tank-Tread Mecha armed with missiles and Extendable Arms).
