The publisher of the Daily Bugle is in a state of rage following the presumed death of his son last issue! And J. Jonah Jameson puts all the blame on the amazing one! Determined to take aggressive action against the web-slinger, Jonah visits Professor Spencer Smythe and asks him to create another spider slayer! Ironically, Professor Smythe has one standing by all ready to go! But it's a trap for Jonah now...and the Spectacular Spider-Man later!
