The Vision has been acting strangely since recovering from his injuries several issues ago. In the sub-basement level of Avengers Mansion and with help from ISAAC, the synthezoid avenger builds a device called the Encephalatron Command Chair. This ominous device would give the Vision control of every computer system on Earth!
