Following their defeat in Avengers 366, Kalen Gor and his fellow Kree renegades lick their wounds and plot their next attack on the planet Earth! However, the alien group's planning session on the moon is interrupted by the arrival of a record-sphere from a far-flung corner of the deceased Kree empire. This particular unit has recorded the history of Operation Galactic Storm. And needless to say, reviewing that galactic event makes the Kree more determined than ever to destroy the Earth and its mightiest heroes! So where will Admiral Kalen Gor strike next?
