Five avengers vote to disband the team, while five vote to save it! And that leaves the tiebreaking vote to the golden avenger! Will Tony Stark cast his ballot to shut down the team... or give it new life... or both? Story continues in Force Works (1994) #1 (and the Force Works Ashcan edition).
