Great news! Captain America is back! And right on time because the Red Skull is too! The Third Reich's terror mastermind survived his fall in Captain America 148, and now he returns with a new scheme to destroy America! But the skull isn't planning to use military force or a great weapon of some kind. He plans to decimate the country economically by killing the members of the Federal Open Market Committee -- the group that sets U.S. economic policy. In Washington D.C., the Red Skull claims his first victim via his infamous dust of death! The sinister skull is so confident he brags to Cap about his next target. Thus Cap and the Falcon rush to the home of the next committee member! And along with Peggy Carter and Gabe Jones, they set up a defensive perimeter.
