In order to help an old man save his home, Captain America gets involved in a fight against a street gang. The criminal gang is trying to force the beleaguered senior citizen out of his residence, but Cap is not going to let the happen. The final showdown between the Sentinel of Liberty and the gang leader, Big Thunder, takes place at the Coney Island Amusement Park!
