Story continues from Thor 445. Millions of miles from home, Earth's Mightiest Heroes are captives of the Kree! And per the standard protocol on Hala, the alien prisoners are to be dragged before a powerful foe from days gone by…Ronan the Accuser! But thanks to the quick thinking of Cap and Sersi, the Avengers escape prior to their appointment in Ronan's court! Now the septet of heroes is on the run with an entire planet's population looking for them! However, the Avengers can't stay in hiding for long. They must find the ruler of the Kree empire to persuade him or her to call off the war with the Shi'ar!
