Batroc the Leaper is back! And he's on special assignment to steal SHIELD's top secret battle plan for retaking its stolen Helicarrier! Consequently, Sharon Carter contacts the Sentinel of Liberty and puts him on Batroc's trail. A few hours later along the Atlantic shoreline, the two old rivals meet! Captain America vs. Batroc once again! Cameo appearances by Dum Dum Dugan, Connie Ferrari, Nick Fury, and David Ferrari.
