Jubilee and Chamber are in an alternate dimension looking for Synch while being guided by the Pooka, Elwood; Banshee, Husk and Penance are in another spot of the same dimension for the very same reason being guided by the mutant rat, Dirt Nap, and find a train to ride; Synch is trapped and has been brought to the Citadel of the Universal Amalgamator where M-Plate plans on forcing him to use his mutant power to combine the consciousness of every being in the universe into one; Back home in the Danger Grotto, Emma and Skin appease the Token and find the mystic creature having a tea party with Artie, Leech and the missing local girl.
