"Swan's Way" - This issue marks the first in a periodic series of 'Displaced in Time' stories affecting the Legion in both of their titles. Each chapter is self-contained, but together the stories will culminate in a major storyline involving all of the Legion. After an accident in the timestream, the Legion is stranded in yet another era, but, oddly, this time their memories have been wiped out and new identities established for them. It's 1958 and the Legionnaires are students in Mr. Swan's Art Class at Happy Harbor High School, frantically preparing for a visit from the President of the United States. Unexpectedly, this idyllic scenario comes crashing down around them when Happy Harbor is invaded by a monster from another planet -- who happens to be one of the Legion's own members!
