In this What If...? style story, because of the Thing's interference with the time-stream; the FF and all of Earth's heroes were killed fighting against Galactus, and since Johnny Storm died before he could jog the Sub-Mariner's memory, Namor never tossed an ice encased Captain America into the ocean to be discovered by the Avengers. No, on this dead world, there were no heroes left to stop the Red Skull's rise to power. Well, ole Blue-Eyes intends to set things right. "It's Clobberin' Time!"
