The second series of Moonshadow, published by DC Comics, follows Moonshadow and his companions' journey to the planet Tsuris after escaping execution. On Tsuris, they encounter King Macha, Queen Dibbich, and their offspring. Moonshadow takes on the role of nanny for the royal children and becomes entangled with the "palace legend," Lady Shady.
