Rai (1992) #28

Rai returns from his quest to Africa for the Blood of Heroes. Upon his return, he must face his murderous foster brother, Takashi, who considers himself the "true" 42nd Rai. The showdown pits Takashi's alien armor technology against Rai's untested martial arts talents. It's Rai vs. Rai in a battle that could kill them both!
