In the aftermath of the battle with the extra-dimensional Damocles (see Fire from Heaven Crossover), Weatherman One has completely restructured StormWatch. Former team leader Battalion now holds the position of trainer aboard Skywatch, and the team itself has been split into three specialized units. New recruits "neo human" Jack Hawksmoor, 96-year old youngster Jenny Sparks, and the mysterious and deadly Rose Tattoo. As the new teams members become acquainted with the old, StormWatch may have crossed a line that causes them to not be welcome on American soil.
