Strangers (1993 Malibu) #14

    Description

The Man of Power - Written by Steve Englehart. Art by Rick Hoberg & Tim Eldred. Cover by Rick Hoberg & Al Vey.

Fifty years ago, the moon entity shot powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men into a young man, but this young man didn't have a strong will. He felt impelled to try to leap off the roof and fly, but his friends and family "saved" him and had him committed to a mental institution. For fifty years he's been drooling onto his straightjacket, but finally he's released -- only to learn that he could have been the world's first Ultra hero. Now he's angry, stronger than a locomotive, and an ultra villain!

32 pages, full color. Cover price $1.95.
