Magenta flies over New York, talking to Dr. Damalis over the radio. Dr. Damalis remembers the events leading up to the emergence of the Magenta persona in Frances Kane. Thunder and Lightning are in the Park. Magenta finds them and attacks. They run from a volley of metal into the woods. Looking for them, Magenta stumbles upon two men who try to mug her. She controls the metal in their knives to stop them. Thunder and Lightning find her, telling her to fight Dr. Damalis' brainwashing.
