Someone is killing psychics. A group called remote viewers, those able to see details of a far away place if given the co-ordinates, were used by the CIA for a while. There were twelve when the project was shut down. All of the psychics went into private practice, but now someone has killed ten of them. Clues point to the CIA as the ones responsible. A high ranking source tells Mulder its because they believe one of them has turned traitor.
